The funny thing is that I have never gotten any hate Tweets — and all of the other girls have. Which is pretty cool, because when I first started, I thought I was going to catch hell. But it’s really fun. Playing the villain definitely isn’t boring, and with Ali, there are so many different sides to her. The night she disappeared, she’d done more, at 16, than many people do in a lifetime. She’s fun and intriguing. And there are so many layers to her. It’s never boring.
